The Uniforest TITAN 40/20 is a professional firewood processor designed for operators who need high productivity, reliable performance and efficient timber handling.

Built around a heavy-duty 1,000 mm WIDIA carbide circular saw blade, the TITAN 40/20 delivers fast, clean cutting of logs up to 400 mm in diameter. The circular saw movement and cutting speed are hydraulically controlled, giving the operator smooth and consistent cutting performance. Unlike a chainsaw-based system, the WIDIA saw blade requires no chain oil, helping reduce maintenance and environmental contamination.

The machine features a powerful 200 kN / 20-tonne splitting force and allows firewood to be cut to lengths of 25, 33, 40, 50 or 60 cm, making it suitable for a wide range of commercial firewood applications.
