We offer mobile field service complete the customer experience, ensuring that the equipment purchased is able to be maintained in peak operating condition. Parts are held at our locations in Christchurch, New Zealand, and in VIC Australia enabling immediate access for the service technicians to spare parts for service and repairs as required.

How do we purchase equipment from ForestQuip?

It first starts with a quick chat on the phone. We want to make sure we are solving your unique problem at hand.

Any freight costs are only able to be calculated once we have spoken with you to determine a suitable carrier to your location for your item. If freight is needed for your item, then there will be a further charge which we will organise with you directly. We will send out an invoice after confirmation of purchase.

If you need help finding the right solution, we encourage you to get in touch with our team. We can tailor a piece of equipment to your needs and ensure the product will be the right fit for you.

What freight options are available?

Our preferred freight carrier is Mainfreight; however, each shipment is evaluated case by case to find the best option at the time.

Are ForestQuip's products covered by warranty?

Yes. All items sold by ForestQuip are covered by a 12-month warranty.

Does ForestQuip provide after sales support?

Yes. ForestQuip are proud to provide comprehensive support with our experienced service technician. Beyond this we are also able to organise further service or repair directly with our suppliers on your behalf.
